Demonstrating a steadfast commitment to student development, the Student Affairs Office at the University of Minia's Faculty of Dentistry convened a meeting chaired by Professor Dr. Hamed Mohamed Ahmed Gad, the Acting Dean of the Faculty.

The meeting was attended by key administrative figures, including Dr. Ahmed Kamal, the Faculty Secretary, Ms. Jehan Maher Eyad, Director of Student Affairs, along with staff members Mr. Yasser Fathy and Mr. Khalaf Hafez.

Central to the discussions was the formulation of the student activity plan for the current academic year. The agenda focused on developing effective mechanisms to encourage robust student participation in cultural, athletic, and artistic events. Furthermore, the meeting addressed strategies for providing essential support to high-achieving students and proactively removing potential obstacles to their engagement in various extracurricular activities.
